$16 an hour, starting, to be a test analyst for WoW

This person is an official blizzard employee by the way. Think this is why patches are not finalized every maintenance…

These positions are for Classic, not modern. Again, Zuma is unable to read.

Just lol. I get paid 37 and i mostly just start drama and talk trash. Sometimes i work. I wouldn’t even show up for that price. For any job.

Of course I’m blocked by said person :joy:

So $16 for retail test analyst. My point is this is why patches are horrid on Tuesdays.

That’s why I posted this.

I would kill for that job.

You are stirring stuff up again, for no reason.

It literally says “WoW Classic” for all four positions, so no they’re not for modern.

You. Cannot. Read.

Is this remote work? Seems kind of low for these days……

??? Do you not have common sense?

Yes it’s Classic, I posted this cause this means the RETAIL positions are also starting at $16 an hour

Isn’t minimum wage $20 per hour in California?

Being a QA tester is not as much fun as you think.

For large fast food chains. It will be $23 for medical workers in June. It is $16 for everyone else. Both the fast food minimum wage and medical minimum wage are basically to prevent unionization in those fields.

I don’t think very many people will apply for this job if it is Irvine, California. That is an expensive place to live and they can probably get a similar job elsewhere for a better salary. Maybe in Texas where it is double the minimum wage there.

The way inflation has gone, $16/hour is basically poverty. Idc what the job is, that’s trash pay.

Well, in fairness, it only reads Classic four times.

Um, that full time work, plus medical benefits… and access to A LOT of Blizzard swag. Also you get a guaranteed raise every year.

They tried to make sure Zuma would catch it at least once, but he never did.

Don’t burger flippers at McDonalds make twenty bucks an hour now?

But starting at only 16 bones is really low no matter how you slice it, especially in a place with a high cost of living like California.

Where does it say the wages?

The Senior Test Analyst that apparently blocks anyone that criticized their QA/Testing team? Interesting, wonder why it’s not doing so hot.

California has state income tax. So after taxes, not including benefits or 401k, you bring home 28k for the year. You’re living in a car/tent with that income, especially California.
