Have a feeling you are just a troll because your post has nothing to do with the fact that you supposedly had cancer. Saying you would rather spend your time not playing video games and then going on to just bash WoW makes no sense. And you obviously did not play back in the day if you think the old developers handled bugs in the matter of hours.
So yeah, my guess is internet troll who just wants to bash WoW who actually didn’t have cancer. If there are more important things than gaming, why you here on a gaming forum spending time bashing a game that you don’t want to play? Seems kinda weird to me.

OP, good luck with whatever you chose to do but please don’t toss aside everything that you feel isn’t important enough now. Enjoy your life, whether that’s gaming or hiking or sailing or whatever. If you enjoy something then it IS important, ya know?
Congratulations on beating cancer! I had a battle myself a couple of years ago and won. The battle continues physically from side effects. There are times I become frustrated with things I don’t have control over too.
Breath and enjoy where you are now because there is nothing more than now

Tisn’t saying much…the cancer was quietly eating me. I had no symptoms besides swelling as the tumors grew. Naturally the poisons filling my blood to kill the cancer made me sick…
The best years are behind us. Like you this is my last expansion. I should have quit 5 years ago but I gave in to nostalgia. Playing Classic and then this anniversary stuff made me realize how much I loathe retail and how much I don’t miss Classic.
Good times never last but at least they were good.

Seriously go play something else, The Witcher 3 go get some, and then you’ll be kinda up to speed for the Netflix release of ‘The Witcher’ and the trailer looks great, or try some One Finger Death Punch just for something different, what I’m saying is, there are other things to do besides grind your life away in WoW.
