For certain bgs. Yes.
As someone who still does run a lot of bgs, it is becoming more common.
Well, they need to lower their time to take queues then.
Lower the time or something else because the way is seeming now is premades that arent taking queues are leaving the spots open and the queue is struggling to find alliance to quickly fill those spots so it just goes ahead and starts.
Is this 40 mans or regular?
Had it happen twice back to back in epics and once in randoms but it filled 3 of the 5 that didnt show up which is why i am now convinced it is premades not taking queues or not getting a full 10 in from synching.
The issues are deeper than one problem. There’s not going to be a single silver bullet.

It is just too much hassle to do things like that anymore. I stick to 3 or less generally because it is just easier to manage.
