My CC company denied the 12mo renewal this morning as suspicious activity. I let it know that it was me so it shouldn’t be a problem going forward. I’m just wondering will Blizz try the transaction again automatically or will I need to do something myself like change the sub period which usually causes a transaction to go?
I’m pretty sure the subscription renewal will retry again automatically the following business day a number of times before automatically stopping the subscription.
You are ahead of us on info at the moment, this still says Authorization Pending - hasn’t failed yet on our records.
Thanks for the info. If it does fail…CC sent a fraud alert early this morning and says it needs to be tried again now that I’ve told them it’s fine…will it automatically try again as Ayukama suggests? Or do I need to do something to fix it. Have raid later tonight and don’t want to end up booted out mid-raid because the subscription died. I’ve had guildies have that happen.
You could try to force a retry by canceling your sub and resetting it up.
Looks like it does try again as it just went through a few minutes ago after apparently trying again.
