I wanted to inquire if I’m even eligible for the 12month subscription deal? I was showing at 6months, however, I switched it over to 12, but my next billing cycle isn’t until 2027. Does this mean I miss out on this?
EDIT: To add on, I would have just paid for the year, but it does not even give me the option. Only the choice to subscribe.
What is the current subscription level at? If you are set to be billed for 12 months, then you will be eligible for that mount.

As long as you have a future billing date, you should be okay. Chances are you paid for the year when you upgraded anyway (as that as the nature of subs with promos).
This is intended. One-time payments are only available for 60-day increments.
If the games management shows 12 months recurring, and a renewel date, you should be eligible and should check the gift box.
If you got billed when you set this up, I’d recommend looking at the gift page as well.

I didn’t realize you could just swap your existing 6 months sub to a year one without first paying for the year. I know long ago I had to pay upfront and had like 1.5yrs worth of game time.
However they also stated they have until Oct 31st to send out the mounts to existing subscribers, so it may just be a bit longer until it shows up for you.
I hope that’s the case. If not, we’ll that would suck. Appreciate your input.

As far as I know you should be able to receive the mounts, Jaduen. I don’t know when those will be pushed for all qualifying accounts though. I believe they’ve done some already, but if you just switched, you it might happen in the next two weeks.

I didn’t either, but it doesn’t currently look like it was billed. There does appear to be a lot of game time from previous bundles on the account though so rebill isn’t scheduled for some time (2027).
Yes, I have a TON of game time from previous bundles. When I went back to see if I had an actual 12 month, it was 6 month, but all the way until 2027. I will continue to wait and see I suppose.
Feel free to bump this after the 31st and let me know. You will likely need to reach out to our Billing staff, but I’d like to know for future reference.

Yes. It finally did appear. It took until today.
So if a person does have a far distance future billing date and they switch it to a 12-month sub, it will reward them.
so, if I already have a current 12month sub at some point I should receive all rewards for the pack? cause as of now I haven’t, but I was waiting to see how long it would take.
If in account management, it shows your account has a 12 month subscription, and a future billing date for the same, it should.
If you paused or cancelled, then unfortunately no.
