No, but other people did and the vast majority of the population was avoiding old AV like the plague, which is why they changed it.

This is the only point of yours I disagree with, if it wasn’t projected as a profitable game then Activision would’ve denied it. Plus the fact that 1 sub gives access to both games is a bonus, as blizz can paste increased sub revenue on their quarterly earnings reports.

Blizzard won’t do it because it requires more financial resources to accomplish. That’s why they decided to stick with 1.12 and not slowly progress through the patches like original WoW.

I wouldn’t mind trying classic AV out, but I don’t think I have it in me to do many times. I think this is a good solution to that problem.
yeah that’s why av class should remain 1.7 or earlier, and Retail and stick with the stupid easy zergs.
