Multiple people float between projects as things ramp up and down.
Only select teams stay on a single project all the time.

Blizzard QA has never been associated to any team. Their Quality Assurance was in-house and also outsourced for extra hands.
Many of the Game Masters were fired when Microsoft Acquired ActiBlizz. Prior to that however, Blizzard have carried out numerous waves of layoffs and contract termination with many of their QA partners. For now the only known QA “partner” Blizzard has is their now-unionized QA team that are stretched thin across all released & unreleased Blizzard products.
For a game as large as WoW is, you need a team as large as the QA union exclusively for WoW, but they just don’t. Because both they and Microsoft gradually removed that workforce from their payrolls over the years to what it is now. They are really pushing it to the wire of what the least they can pay is & for the most they can get away with

That’s pretty much standard for an mmo that has this many expansions. Look at EverQuest. Still churning out expansions but they are not quality. Don’t expect this to get better either

That logic makes no sense, unless YOU have a source.
The patch is not unplayable. Entitled players are so dramatic.
To me, i just look at other MMO in how they fare against WoW, WoW is 1000x superior than them. Not perfect but surely way superior.
