I have purchased Battle for Azeroth recently and received a 110 character boost token… my token is not working when I try to use it it says internal error and will not let me use it please help as soon as possible I am trying to boost my character soon as can be thank you blizzard support.
Usually that error pops up while the purchase is still processing.
What does it show in your Transaction History?

it says complete
Have you tried logging out & then back into the game and launcher?
Could be that it is just taking the system a little bit to update.

Yes, it couldn’t hurt to do a full logout.
If you continue to not be able to use the Boost, then I would suggest talking to Blizzard directly.
I would suggest LIVE CHAT, as it will be the quickest method.

They will be able to get you sorted quickly.

What about game time? Do you maybe have a queued order for that?
This may be what is doing it. Drturtle, I see that you recently purchased a subscription for your newly upgraded WOW account. That order appears to be “queued” right now.
We give something we call ‘grace time’ when a subscription is created. It’s time you can use the play with while your order is being processed - but you don’t technically meet the game time requirement to use the boost.
Sit tight for a little longer and allow that order to finish processing.
