I'm considering keeping this toon at 119 to just have fun in random BGs. I've never twinked before and after some reading, I'm confused, my assumption was that 119 would be the level to twink but see people talking about 111?
Which is the best level to twink (110-119) and then what ilvl should you be going for?

You want either 110 or 119 usually. 111 has better secondaries but 119 has access to better gear I believe.
The ones I've seen in that bracket are 119, with gear being all 300 or 305 ilvl.
Do it at 119. Timewalking is highest ilvl gear for twinks.
119 is best. even verse 111 players you do a little better than them.
this rise of the twinks is more of "free fast honor" rather than anything else..

If was gonna build a toon for this bracket, I would strongly consider stopping at 115 and see how it goes 1st. You can always level to 119 if its not good.

IIRC they don't work in instanced PvP in the 111-119 bracket so 115 is just gimping yourself. 111 or 119 is really the only viable choice for BGs in that bracket if you're going for BiS

So much wrong in this thread. 110 is itâs own bracket. 111 and definitely 115 are not a thing. Your secondaries scale to be as if youâre a 119 in iPvP. There was a time I would have said maybe 111 for world PvP but 1, does that still happen? And 2, youâre probably not beating any but the worst 120s. And also looks like you dinged 120 anyways.
