No, tinkers are a bad concept. Its basically warlocks+druid+hunter combined.
So tinkers are bad because they’d use mechanics similar to those 3 classes? I mean if you combine that much you’re gonna end up with something else entirely. Plus you think not a single current class has similar mechanics to others? Come on lol…
How would they’d even be anything like a druid on the first place??? Or hunter??? Or hell even lock???
No. Dragonsworn is the new class
Mecha = bear druid/VDH meta form
Robots/turrets = generic pets we have too many of already
Having a mecha form is not a copy of bear form especially since they wouldn’t use rage nor have access to other combat forms… Also it wouldn’t be a temp buff like vdh.
Those turrets and bots would only be generic if they didn’t add to the rotation and game play of the spec…

Assuming I understand you, you mean that original races that could be DKs cant be Monks?
Trolls? They can be both DKs and Monks.
Orcs? Death Knights and Monks.
Etc.

I’d love a tinker class. My only requirement for the next class is having ranged/healing/tank specs. No more tank/melee variant please

I think we’re farther away from Tinker today than we were 12 years ago, I just don’t see it happening. There’s already way too many systems in the game.
