I just killed time crack boss and i was having a buff 100% mount drop.
the mount did not drop and i got an AXE tmog item instead!
is this bug? I’m so disappointed what i got… this buff lies!!!
You talking about time rift event and the item that gives 100% chance to get a reward from completing it? If so the 100% covers anything that the vendors around Sori can sell. So you won’t always get a mount.

The buff should not say “Definite mount drop” then…
The NPC-Soridormi in Thaldraszus is a cheater!! lol 
I don’t know what buff you’re seeing, so if you’ve got one that says that? Please screenshot that and post it. Neither the item nor the buff it gives says anything specific about it being a mount.

The buff what I got was stronger buff than the one you show me…
and it is said " DEFINITE MOUNT DROP next round completed!"
may be you guys never had it b4 and not knowing about that yet

This one also mentions Mounts or Battle Pets from the invading realities. So you prob completed a Time Rift zone that doesn’t have a mount associated with that Rift

With how its worded, and I believe every vendor has atleast a pet, seems the item bugged out. You are sadly better off putting in a ticket and waiting to see what can be done, as GM’s don’t look at forums.
yea… something is technically wrong and the buff went wrong!! it should be one of mount or pet. however, the ticket is now have 4 days wait time…
my patience is almost in max level now! I still did not received the rewards from blizzcon legendary pack I purchased a few days ago for my diablo 4 as well. this is very poor customer care service.
Tickets are averaging 1 to 2 days depending on issue most likely scenario they wont give u a mount.
Hypotheticly even if they did a mass rehire they would still be bound by policies set by the developers and u probably wont get the mount regardless.

what do you mean 3rd party? blizzard sold last call blizzcon legendary pack a few days ago, and now its done. the pack include WoW, D4, overwatch rewards in it. D4 has a few items to wear on and a mount gift included. yes I am processing my ticket. 2 more days left to get an answer…
It’s not a countdown timer. It’s an ETA based on the longest waiting ticket currently in the queues (that could well be escalated and skewing the ETA). Should get a response sooner than the ETA.
