A 10-man raid is fairly compensated; in fact, it’s easier than a 25-man raid, and I’ve experienced both this tier.
We couldn’t kill heroic Nef on our prog so later that week we did it on 10m
The things that wipe you don’t exist in 10m for example you take far less damage with the same health and you have half the adds to worry about.
It’s the same across all fights…
We wiped 2 times from pushing TOO FAST.
There is no DPS checks… 10m is the meme version
Oh lord he figured out how to change toons on the forums.
Just please post on all your chars here so I can just block them all now
Had to log out of forums then it randomly changed my toon.
At least it picked an 85 toon, I still can’t manually change.
You don’t need to announce who you’re ignoring, we all know your list is full considering how sensitive you are.
Everyone, including those that deny this fact know this. They are just denying because they cannot bear to acknowledge 10m is an overall easier version. They cannot bear to feel inferior in a video game.
It has nothing to do with which version being easy or difficult.
It’s simply a matter of 10 man version having a too large loot table.
If it was 2 out of 6-8 items, then it wouldn’t have caused this much of a problem.
You have the same loot table as 25m…
10man raiding is fine the loot is equal if you want more loot its fairly simple do 25man raids.
Maybe you didn’t quite read my post.
10 man having the same loot table as 25 m yet getting only 2 out of that huge loot table is the issue, is what I was saying.
Youre getting 1 item per group.
Thats how it was always designed.
Yea what you mentioned is widely acknowledged but its not an issue, its literally the way its designed. Back in wrath small groups were mad that 10m dropped items of lower ilvl, so they changed in cata so that you get the same gears but to a lower probability of getting them. You have to acknowledge that 10m is just easier overall and it is intended to be inferior in terms of loot, whether items of lower ilvl or less quantity.
So yes, it is intended that you are less likely getting the item you want from 10m than from 25m. Why? cuz if otherwise there will be no 25m groups everyone will be prompted to run 10m.
I’ve repeatedly addressed this issue in depth on other posts, yet they still seem unable to comprehend it. Even when it has been broken down in detail.
Let’s take the difficulty debate out of the whole conversation. People are correct that it “feels” less awesome getting 2 items out of the large loot pool. It really does. It’s not about ratios or difficulty, it just feels less awesome. Blame the system or the Blizz choices, that is just all it is.
And someone please tell me why it would be bad to have all the raid groups drop to 10man if the loot ratio was better? Why is that the evil thing? If it’s about gameplay then loot shouldn’t matter to those elite players (and the trolls). It just doesn’t seem like a valid argument. Someone will just say “play 25 man” then shift their argument to “play split 10s”
How about in a old rehashed game it is designed so we have fun and feel good playing it?
Its because of the min max culture. If 10 and 25man raids where equal know body would run 25mans. It would be easier and faster to gear in 10man.
you cant be sitting here sh!tting on peoples prog, while hiding behind a level 54 rogue lmao
Yeah getting two pieces per boss is def kinda trash.
I like the chance of 50% of a third one, it’s not even guaranteed.
Either that ,or game not dropping an item that isn’t even part of the roster for the 10man.
This. So much this. Do this bigly. Much do this.
25man is harder then 10man so there for they are rewarded. Dont want 2 peices of loot run a 25man. Dont have enough people Recruit. easy solutions
