PLEASE just balance the loot a fraction for the 10man raiders. Please please please.
Itās already balanced, if they added more to 10m which is the easier version of the raid btw then 10m would drop more loot than 25m

Loot efficency issue aside, which matters a lot, 10M will be at a massive disadvantage, way more so than T11.
Not to mention the staff which is like 4x faster on 25m - a complete joke for classic
If the amount of loot is not an acceptable trade off for the ease of assembling 10 people over 25, then just do 25.
25 man = 6 pieces
10 man = 2 pieces
idk if yāall canāt math but that doesnāt make sense. either add a piece to 10 man or make 25 drop 5. 25 man and 10 man are about the same in difficulty just a few more fights being hard for different reasons on each end. example. nefs crackle does the same damage in 10 man that it does in 25. you have 2.5 more healers and more raid cds to use.

It makes sense if you understand what it means. If you are making the decision to run 10 man, and then complainingā¦ then just do 25 man. That will solve your loot amount preference issues.

The original world first guild did an actual comparison for Firelands with a full write up since they did world first 10 heroic and 25 heroic and itās the same things we are saying here on why 10m is far easier.

Abilities do far less damage on 10m.
Boss health is far lower on 10m in comparison to the amount of players.
There is no real checks because you kill the boss way to fast in 10m.
Literally the world first raiders back then did a massive write up boss to boss.

10m is factually easier
Items are tied to every 4 players.
6.25 items for 25 players and 2.5 items for 10. Rounded down is 6 for 25 and 2 for 10. This equation is why people brought 12 to a flex raid.
You could argue the .5 could allow a random 3rd item, sure. But it would have to be balanced by adding a random 7th to 25.
Itās not only a mathematical problem. You have to acknowledge forming a group with 10 competent players is tremendously easier than that with 25 competent players. This is an innate balancing factor along WOW history. Even if 10m gives you higher dps/heal pressure per player (which isnāt usually the case), it is still effectively easier than 25m.
This is why you see major guilds focus only on 25m.
because the platforms get smaller in 10man like in tennis, right?
