Holy justice, you mean Holy Light after I life tap?
Why in the world would I use a Holy Light to heal the damage from a Life Tap?
How many spots open will you have for each class?
As we are still in āPre-Recruitmentā no spots are 100% as it is yet to be known if people will commit to leveling, so really any and all dedicated players will get there chance so long as they can hit 60 in the time we require for the main raid team (This of course only relevant for the main team). Classes we are currently looking for most actively would still be priests/druids/rogues
Aka holy boi, leaffy boi and stabby boi.
Interesting! Closer to launch depending on if they buckle and add RP-PvP servers I might try to join, Iāll definitely keep a tab on you guys. Though it would help if you guys added that you were on an RP realm in your title, there are a lot of players like myself who are specifically interested in a raiding guild on an RP server and I only clicked on this thread by accident, while if I knew it was in an RP server my interest wouldāve been piqued immediately.
Best of luck!
Thanks for checking us out, if you have any other questions let me know!
One time, at bandit camp
Right. Depending on the council. Some are just trash and greedy. Some work fantastic. You never know. I like the dkp better. Spend it where you want it and earn it for being to every raid
Its understandable, we plan to be fully transparent with sheets displaying what goes where and loot to be pre-determined before each raid. Just so everyone knows what they are getting into as we want to make sure everyone who puts the time in is getting rewarded for doing so, avoiding funneling gear is certainly a priority if at all possible.
Still looking for dedicated players for classic launch MSG us if you are interested!
I just had dinner for breakfast, true story
you better have Breakfast for dinner then. otherwise the gods will be upset with your transgressions!
One thing that happens when you work at night, you eat your breakfast at 5pm.
nightshift, sounds like you hang around Duskwood all day!
And all night!
Iām not currently playing Wow, been gone a few years, but Iām very interested in coming back for Classic. Iām a West Coast player and casual, so the late night team looks great to me.
Iām curious how youāll handle the looting on the casual team? Will it also be loot council? Will there be any considerations/priorities given in the casual raid team to those regular raiders who have only one character vs the raider on their 2nd or third alt? For example, I know I wonāt have time to pay more than 1 character, and would be bummed if I do my best to show up consistently to the late night, casual team, only to get passed over for gear to the hardcore raider who raids on the progression team and also on the other 2 teams with alts and their 3rd alt gets more gear than my 1 main.
Iām assuming youāre more open to class/specs at this point for the more casual player so looking for the late night team?
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
It will be treated the same as our main raid team, no priorities based on alternate characters from the main team in off raids and it will be distributed on merit and dedication to that particular raid and everything will be 100% transparent.
Loot is complicated, considering 4 item drops per boss and 2-4 of those could be useless so we donāt expect people to be getting geared very quickly, and its something we expect everyone to understand that to be fair to all those who put in the effort that everyone needs to be patient with loot and understanding that you will get rewarded for putting in that effort and do not expect to get more than one item per raid if there are others who also could use it and have put in work.
Our main team has some of what people consider meme specs but we are a bit more strict about overcrowding them in our core roster.
When it comes to the casual or late night teams we donāt plan on having any restrictions in that department as we want people to have fun and progress casually as whatever class or spec they want to play.
If you have any further questions about more specifics of it feel free to message me on discord @ Syrious#3961
Thank you. I just implore you and your leadership team to stick to your guns on the days/times and attitude for the late night, casual team. It sounds like a great fit for me. However, Iāve run a late night, casual guild and there are all kinds of pressure to make changes to this type of set up.
A lot of times people who are not casual join simply because the late-night schedule fits for them. Invariably they start pushing to add more days, or more hours to the schedule. Or, they level really fast (again, not casual) and start pushing to raid sooner then what was originally planned.
What youāve presented sounds fantastic, please donāt change those plans.
