1 hr of honor farming afk at work, not getting a single kill
Versus my three hours in wsg last night with 260+ kills while actively playing my heart out

Please nerf AV rep and honor reward for skipping the battleground, avoiding objectives and other players to simply kill the boss at the end.
Honor and rep rewards should be significantly decreased if other objectives in the game are ignored.
Running past each other to grind honor and rep was not the intent of this battleground.
Running past each other to kill the boss is boring, and imo an abuse to get easy honor and rep.

Totally agree. The honour and reputation rewarded for the abomination that is current AV is so far out of whack compared to WSG that there is almost no point queuing for WSG if you hope to compete for PvP ranks against others on your own faction.
Blizzard, if you do only one thing to change AV, at least make the honour/rep earned at least comparable to what you can earn in WSG.

You all are missing the one thing matters… SUBS… it takes $$$ to play Classic… once you are in the game… it really doesn’t matter what you do… Blizz can report your sub $$$ next quarter.

I feel bad for the development team that created AV. Can you imagine the hours of design, creation, and testing that went into it? Just to eventually have it stripped down to this version. Then see people beg for the original back just to see your higher up’s reapply the crap version and to watch people cry out on the forums?

That’s not misuse of a mechanic, that is the mechanics in action. Classic AV should not be run to the end and get rewarded with rep/honor in a couple minutes.
