As a player with a disability who has numerous work arounds for it, I am legitimately excited for this to be implemented. Will make my playtime more focused on fun and enjoyment and less on making work arounds.
Gives me the potential to actually enjoy escapism and not be pulled out of it by irl physical limitations.

Try ignoring them. Most reasonable people are, and know very well this isn’t going to change Blizzard’s mind.
To be honest, I don’t think most of the people complaining are technically ableists. Some are, of course, but I think most just don’t understand what’s happening and are having a knee-jerk reaction to a situation they know nothing about.

If you’re sensitive and easily offended, do not read my reply:
Stop crying. You don’t have to use it if you don’t want to, and if you have actually learned your class and your buttons, you will perform better manually every time. This will help people who don’t perform as well (due to skill, disability, or just not caring) to maintain a reasonable baseline of performance, allowing me (a B+ level player) to party and raid with a broader demographic, and to better tolerate the performance of people I’ve been raiding socially with for YEARS without feeling like I am exerting herculean effort to drag them along with me.
It will allow me to better enjoy the social aspects of the game and bring along social friends to higher level content more easily, and I’m all for it.
Get over yourself, and stay in your lane. Thank you for listening.

Ignoring them is how we get more festering and crawling out when more accessibility comes. Why should others ignore them because they can’t ignore things they don’t like?
Let people play how they want to play. This does not hurt anyone whatsoever. Saying “its not fair” when its objectively going to be lower performance its really just looking to be upset.
