I donât know why it wouldnât work, they gave us their temple, we donât have to take all of the desert we could just take the coast. To make it fair the horde could take some part of Kul Tiras, some area they already âownâ as well⊠maybe the mountains with the Etin? The temple would only be important for the fresh Sethrak players then they will get moved over to SW like the rest of the AR.
Sethrak could live anywhere, since their desert used to be jungle they donât need deserts to live or anything and since they are highly intelligent if they get to cold they can just bundle up.
But on your point, yeah that could work. Doesnât exactly look like the Alliance is going to leave the port they set up from what I can tell. Especially since they get along with the Sethrak. Maybe rebuild on those ruins.
Both factions need places for their displaced people.
Reminds me that I read an odd parallel between Uldum and Volâdun and that Uldum used to be a jungle as well.
Oh sorry, the rep could just be âVorrikâs Faithfulâ or something. They have been practicing with making nicer rep grinds like the bumble bee one so they could add a lot of throw away reps now.
Or they could add them as a new sort of AR: One that doesnât need rep grinds. Then all future AR additions can be the same. Maybe they will just be unlocked via story prog/questlines.
In all honesty, Blizzard missed an opportunity with the Sethrak on alliance side, you see the beginning of the Sethrek quest chain in Voldun, but you never deal with them again outside the odd world quest.
Never say never. I think the Sethrak could pay for themselves so to speak.
Oh! This is true. Or a way to add in impromptu ones.
Maybe have people complete a small chain and achievement like the Bee and it unlocks the reputation/faction. Using the Snake Eater achievement in Temple of Sethraliss as part of it could be a great step in there.
Snakes live all over the place. We got snakes that live where I am and it sometimes gets -55f/-48c. Course theyâre hibernating then.
And who said Sethrak are exothermic (cold blooded). Maybe theyâre weird and endothermic (warm blooded).
Theyâre definitely omnivores since theyâre seen with fruit, etc.
All in all, Sethrak can inhabit other parts of Azeroth. Iâm hoping to see some in Uldum or Tanaris, Whether there is a splinter faction there or some from Volâdun migrate there and form a new group.
Evil is subjective. One can argue that the Lightforged are âevilâ as well with how they oppress their views and faith on others with multiple examples showing how radical they are both in AU Draenor and in how Alleria Windrunner was treated. Well, unless you want to make the argument Alleria is evil, in which case I would like to point out that she is also Alliance.
One could also argue that the Dark Iron Dwarves are evil as well, and if you choose to say âNot all, the ones who joined the Alliance are not!â then I say to once again return to my original statementâ
