1 年以上使用していた私のアカウントが Blizzard からメールを受け取り、永久に禁止されました。
原因は不正チートソフト（プラグイン）の使用によるものですが、似たようなソフトを使ったことは決してありません、俺には4個の戦士がありますが3個はほぼほぼbisで、raidとwordbuffsを待つしかやりません、最近はfreshのせいでwordbuffの待つ時間が結構長くなっています。特にrend、俺はAllianceなので毎日数時間オンラインで待たなければなりません、だからチートソフトウェアをしていたと勘違いされているのでしょうか？？俺はそれを使用せず、BUFFを待っている間、コンピューターの前に座って他のことをしていただけです、俺のアカウントの状況を再確認し、アカウントの凍結を解除してください！！

It may take a while before a response is received from your ticket. I am not sure of the current wait time for appeal tickets, but it could be a few days or more.
You are welcome to continue submitting appeal tickets until they tell you that any further appeals will not be accepted.

I’m just going to add on to this thread for you, sometimes innocent players do get caught in ban waves when Blizzard does this for already said bots, though I can say that is the case. This is the decision of the hacks team to decide, which only they can chose to either upheld the action, or to revert the action, which as already mentioned, can only be done via ticket.
Posting here on the forums won’t make the ticket get viewed any faster. This could take couple days up to a week if needed, maybe more.
Now, if Blizzard does decide to upheld the decision, then there could be something on your computer that could lead to said action. May not be something used for World of Warcraft explicitly, could be used for another game, could even be programs tied to work if using the same computer for working. Though Blizzard won’t reveal exactly what, but there is also that possibility.

なるほど、コンピューターにはいろんなゲームをやっていますが、似たようなプログラムはないと思いますね、vpnも使わないし、あとはYouTubeと複数の動画サイトをよく見ます。
待つしかないかな、ちょうど一休みしますわ。

It means that they looked at their logs again and it showed that you have somehow violated the rules. They will not give you the specifics on what you did or what triggered the account action. You are welcome to re-open your appeal to ask that it be looked into again. At some point though, they will no longer accept appeals for the issue.

心当たりあるのは一つだけです。
ここ最近rendbuffを待つ時間が非常に長いです、しかしずっとゲームに集中するのも不可能だから、一日何回もAFKになったりしていました。しかも一日だけではなく、この一週間も。プラス俺は日本にいるから、自分の空き時間とよくbuffdrop時間がずれています。そのためもっと待ち時間が長くなります。ただし俺はテレワークしながら待ってたので、何回もAFKにはなることを避けるわけがないです。
このは自分が唯一考えられるの可能性です。
他にはほんとに何もしていません。
誰に助けを求めればいいのですか。

コンピューターから離れているときに AFK を回避するために何かを使用している場合、確かに、Blizzard が措置を講じるきっかけになる可能性があります。このようなことは、ゲーム内行動規範およびエンド ユーザー ライセンス契約に違反します。
Hold up, that is a red flag.
If you’re using something to avoid going AFK while away from the computer, that yes, can trigger for Blizzard to take action. This sort of stuff is against the In-Game Code of Conduct as well as the End User License Agreement.

ですが俺はそんな一切使用していませんから、AFKになったのです！
ただ、AFKを気付いたら、俺が簡単な動作をします（歩き、飛びとか）。
プログラムの力は借りてません、コンピューターの前でテレワークしているからいらないし。
問題は、それでもまだトリガーされる可能性があるということです。マウスをタップしたり、素早くジャンプしたりするなど、いかなる形式の AFK 防止も許可されていません。なぜなら、このようなことは AFK 防止として表示され、ログで確認されるからです。また、Blizzard は手動で行っているのか、別のプログラムを介して行っているのかを判断できませんが、いずれにしても、いかなる形式の AFK 防止も許可されていません。
仕事をしなければならない場合は、ゲームからログオフしてください。そうすれば、Blizzard からのいかなるアクションからも安全であることがわかります。
Thing is, even that can still trigger. Any form of AFK Prevention is not allowed, even if it is to tap the mouse, do a quick jump, etc. Because this sort of stuff will come up as AFK Prevention, as would be reviewed by the logs. And Blizzard can’t tell whether your doing it manually or doing it via another program, but regardless, any form of AFK Prevention is not allowed.
If you got to do work, just log off from the game. Then that way you’ll know you’ll be safe from any action from Blizzard.

先ほども言いましたが、Allianceの方はrendbuffを待つのはこれしかできません。なぜなら、mcが必要ですから。AFK防止のためだけではなく、wordbuffsをゲットするためです。

It doesn’t actually matter the reason. AFK Prevention is not allowed. This does not need to be explained.
If you wish to submit a suggestion in regards to the buffs, I might suggest on posting in the World of Warcraft Classic Forums or using the In-Game Feedback Tool.
AFK Prevention is not worth for World Buffs, especially when it can be a bigger risk to your account.

禁止された理由はUnauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks)、これは正しくないので、認めません。
問題の核心に迫ると、アカウントのアクションに同意できない場合は、停止するように指示されるか、再度調査されないまで、異議申し立てを続けることができます。フォーラムは、これに対抗するための手段ではありません。
To just get to the meat of the issue: If you don’t agree with an account action, you can keep appealing until they tell you to stop/won’t be look into again. The forums isn’t a means to try to fight this.

The only thing we can offer is to help you is to point you where to appeal. Beyond that, we can’t help. We can’t really get it overturn; the appeals team only go by their logs. We can’t help you talk through it as they don’t take outside information. We can’t help getting this push up; each ticket is done in the order they’re put in.
