What are your current needs for your raid team?
Honestly, we just want to add more people to the roster so we continue to raid between now and 8.2 as well as have a very strong roster for 8.2. We don’t usually dictate what people can play, we just have to discuss when it’s a tank or healer (but can probably work that out too). But when it’s a DPS you can play whatever you want - we always make it work. We want people to play what they want, so the game is more fun.
