10.0 Blizz should pluck out the normal skins from Void Elves and add High Elves as a seperate race. By then we wouldn’t have any threads like this again

tauren lore wise aren’t light paladins, void elf paladin can have their own lore as blood elf paladins but instead of draining a naruu they drain a void lord they will be more like Twilight Vindicator

Blizzard could literally check one box, one click, to enable the paladin class for void elves… and everybody would be happy. They could do it right now. No story or explanation needed. It already makes sense.
They would if somebody found fun in the game and they had to perform an emergency hot fix.

If alleria can’t even touch her husband, there’s no way you’re going to imbue yourself with light and come out okay.
You are a Void Elf, an Elf who has been infused with Void energy. Light is anathema to your existence. Void Elf priests are canonically shadow. They cannot interact safely with the stuff.
