The Ren’dorei do not currently have the knowledge nor the capabilities to replicate what happened to Umbric’s followers during the Void Elf Allied Race questline.
With that considered, High Elf Wayfarers are practicing Void magic, but they are not Void infused like their Blood Elven peers.
“Void Elf” is a political name, just like “Blood Elf.”

Void Elves are made up of Horde Blood Elves & Alliance High Elves
Playable Void Elves come from two different populations.
The first being the Void Infused Blood Elves seen during the Allied Race Questline, and the second being High Elf Wayfarers who are not Void Infused but rather are dabbling in the Void, hence the introduction of High Elf skin tones, eye colors, hair colors, and the option to remove tentacles from our hair.
This goes hand in hand with Blizzard making Sandfury Trolls & Wildhammer Dwarves playable through the addition of customization options.

Still the same quote, still don’t see your proof that they’re only wielding and not infused by it. For all we know, they did undergo the same process and are now void elves like all the others.
The introduction of blood elf customizations is just to stop you guys from spamming incessantly but eh, it’s still going… there hasn’t been a single lore reason to those new customizations.

That’s fair, I guess it’s a grey area. The introduction of High Elf customizations was supposed to imply that non-void infused Alliance High Elves have been joining the Ren’dorei, as their appearence differs greatly from the Blood Elves present during the Void accident that transformed them.
Nothing is stopping Danuser from tweeting “Void Elves have learned how to become Void-infused without looking like it” though

Qoute the entire interview. He states they are not “actively” recruiting. In no point did he stated outright they are growing.
He literally states that their numbers are growing,

Not “actively” recruiting means they are not going around on a campaign trying to bring in as many people as possible, however they are willing to allow those that seek them out to join their ranks.

All VOID elves are void entities, they are not just infused with the void,they are remade by it.
Are contradicting yourself? You just said they are growing in numbers. An high/blood elf not infused with the void but use void magic is just a shadow priest…
No it’s not, and you know this. Unlike blood elves, they literally became void beings through a ritual and almost lost their physical forms from it.
Stop spamming this partial qoute of an interview.
