I actually wanted to purchase the Siege package due to its value and it expires in 15 hours. I hope they extend the offer if the problem is not resolved.

I have had this same problem playing ipad air. I wish you would put the specials in the blizzard store. I cannot purchase any of them and have already missed one. I can buy with not problem the things in the store that are below the specials, like the free item and the 5 other item in this box and the items below it. I really want a couple of these items.

Update here, was just finally able to purchase but missed out on some good bundles.

Good evening. Yesterday on May 29th, 2024 at 11:37 p.m. I wanted to buy Conqueror of Azeroth for 40 francs (Swiss francs).
I got it after I had finished Onyxia.
The only problem was that I couldn’t buy it because the shop was having problems.
I then also wanted to buy the item: Gadgetzan’s Size for 30 francs (Swiss francs) but that didn’t work either. I kept getting an error message with the current game number and I could only press OK. The offer for 40 francs (Swiss francs) would have been really great because I would have gotten a legendary core, 20,000 energy and 7,000 gold. Unfortunately the item is only available once because I completed Onyxia. I took a screenshot of both. It would be great if you could send me the Conqueror of Azeroth item for 40 francs. (Swiss francs) again.
Because it’s not my fault that Blizzard has problems with the shop. And the offer is really great. It would be nice if something could be done about it. You can also create an in-game voucher for me so that I can buy it again, or you can create a voucher via my Battelnet account. Then I can buy it via Battelnet.
Would be nice to get a direct answer from Blizzard or a game master.
