I also have this problem. It must be a bug in version 6.0, where they changed offers to be more personal.

Hope they will fix it before the timers end or extend the timers.

Lol this same GM also ignored what I had written, and gave me advice with steps I had already taken as explained in my ticket.

Same Issue here, from yesterday

I uninstalled and reinstall the game on all my devices before I opened the ticket.

GM just tell me to write it here.

Please Developers HELP US

Wow! You think customers complaining that your game wont let them buy anything would be a major all hands on deck emergency.

Are you going to preserve packs we’re losing access to? Like…this is not good, and it took 2 days and a LOT of effort to even get an acknowledgement there was an issue. Now the response is “yeah, we know. shut up and let us work” which isn’t helpful.

You all can try purchasing using android if you really want the pack badly. my IOS couldn’t work as well and i tried andriod and it works.

I’ve been trying to purchase a pack on Warcraft Rumble for 2 days now and it just keeps stating - contacting server - and never completes the purchase. The deal only has 2 days left on it. “Gather the guild”

5h left on the stormwind riches… If you don’t want my money it’s OK, but I’d like the deal anyway…

Same issue but just with the season 6 packs, I went up a rank in pvp and a pack appeared for that and it is purchasable but the guild and new mini packs are not.
