Star tome not allowing me to continue

Every time I log in I receive my star tome of 6, it used to get me to the 6th one and go blurry and not allow me to click anything now I get to the third star and it goes blurry. Please fix this. I love this game and try to play every day but this is ruining the experience. I haven’t been able to play the headless horsemen because it’s been doing this all week.

I have the same issue since 6 days on different devices, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPad 9 ( both tested with iOS 17.7.1 and iOS/iPadOS 18.1). Please fix it asap or take this corrupt star tome out of my account.

At first (1/6) I shall select a mini for 2 stars, from 2/6 to 5/6 I can select a mini for each 1 star and after 5/6 it the last mini pair is displayed shadowed and I can‘t press anything. Same loop everything when I start the game.

Same behaviour with 10.0.0.108725/108950. Still not fixed.

Blizzard fix this…. It’s been over a week. I’d love to try the new siege.

It was fixed for a bit but now it’s doing it again for me.

I have the same issue. I started another thread yesterday as I did not see your thread until today. I apologize for the duplicate report.

I was able to find a temporary workaround for the star blurred screen issue. When you first open the game you need to select your avatar/player name before the star selection pops up (very limited time, you will need to be watching the load screen and be ready to select as soon as the loading is complete). From this point select the gear icon and logout then log back into the game. You should be able to play the game from this point; however, note that once you close the game application and reopen the app, you will have to take the same steps each time (log out then log back in) you reopen the app (at least until the bug is fixed).

I just hit a new collection level and was granted stars; however, I’m now stuck in a perpetual loop where after chocking so many stars, the screen simply freezes and becomes unresponsive. Unfortunately, I’m forced to choose stars whenever I restart the game and thus unable to play as the loop repeats being frozen.

I created a new topic however I noticed that this is the same issue

Same here. It’s literally impossible for me to play the game (or spend money) because I can’t get past the initial prompt to finish claiming the star tome.

The star tome tries to present me with 4/3 options instead of 3/3.

On the fourth option presented, the screen stays blurry and freezes.

Even after updating the app, same thing.

Same issue. It’s also on a star tome and I am unable to play the game.

I just wanted to let folks know that I was able to find A workaround. What I did was log out of my account and logged back in and the star tome was not presented. Allowing me to play, however, closing the app and then reopening it brings the star to back up and have to log out and then back in again at least a temporary measure until this thing gets fixed maybe

Can confirm this is a good workaround, but still, what a pain!

Same issue with me going on over a week, this is disappointing. I will be uninstalling today and seeking whatever refund possible.

Same issue please fix fast!!! I just got paid and am wanting to get the new event bundles.
