Workaround steps for star tome freezing Warcraft Rumble:
Do not claim Star tome.
In the upper left, tap your player icon.
Tap the Settings tab.
Scroll down and tap “Recover Account”.
After game relaunches, follow prompts to log into your Battle.net account.
Prerequisite: know your Battle.net username and password. (You might also need to have Blizzard Authenticator preconfigured if you’re logging in from a new location.)
This is stupidly annoying, but I can verify that it works.
This is still bugged for me just encountered the same thing again
Since 4 weeks not fixed. I have this issue since updating to Rumble 10.x, I got this issue on different devices and iOS 17.7.1, iOS 18.1 and on Android too. The workaround works for me mostly but it is annoying.

I agree with the stupidly annoying part.
Blizzard use to be a good company now it’s a money grab and if enough people don’t have the same problem they could not care less.

My least favorite part about the glitch is the condescending game masters tell me why they can’t help refund my money as I can’t enjoy it.
So am I expected to log in daily to see if they have fixed it? Its a month an a half now.
