Same to me, when I click on my profile I see 32565 score, but when I click PvP Icon and check there, its 10855.

So just before the update I’ve been up to the 12,000 and dark iron Miner one then your update came out and I dropped drop down to 9,000 I’m on an Android Samsung Galaxy 23 my phone is not the issue because it also does it on my laptop it’s my account it’s on your guys’s end same thing with everyone else having this issue you don’t need to know any of our equipments details considering this is an online game and very little stored on our devices and maybe next time when you guys want to do a PVP remake do it at the end of a PVP season when we’re already being reset

Exact same issue here. I was the highest PVP rank (Dark Iron II) in my guild, now I’m working my way back up to Dark Iron, while three people in my guild are suddenly Arclight Masterminds.
Why does Blizzard touch anything?? Just leave it alone!

I encountered it also - Got alot more than most from guild, suddenly they Got arc master and i dont? But i got more honor than Them makes zero meaning. Does anyone know how we fix this ?

My rank is also messed up but the bigger issue is the actual pvp matches being against bots that spawn unlimited minis. Back to back to back minis that cost 6 gold. Literally with 0 seconds on between. And also other minis and spells in top. Is this there attempt at making pvp more challenging or is this just more bugs? They add so many bugs per update it’s amazing

Here it’s the same thing. I had 12,000, my score was dropped to 9,000, and apparently, my ranking is only counting the top 3, not all the bosses as described in the update. Each hard-earned victory against level 11 gives me about 40 points, and even if I channel all the forces of the universe to win in a row, do the math to see how many victories would be needed to reach 30,000-40,000, like some colleagues are achieving

Same here. Both Android and PC. PC version is 11.1.0.112184.
While the honor on the profile page shows 32K+, the guild ranking shows it as 10K+. And and title in profile is Platinum Prodigy 2, meaning we get screwed on the rewards? And the frame around avatar is just plain silver, with the Roman 2 at the bottom. 
Meanwhile, other guildmates told me they see my profile title as Arclight Mastermind, just like them. Its confusing.

I’m facing the same problem. Previously, my score was 11,500, but it dropped to 9,000. I suspect my ranking is only considering the first three heroes. Some guild mates, who aren’t experiencing this bug, easily managed to reach 30,000 points.

Same issue where I dropped to Platinum prodigy 1 while some of the guild members, who were ranked less than myself, became overnight arclight masterminds!
And the honor gains from each win is like 1/3 of how much I used to get pre-patch. Honor loss and gain seem to be quite the same leading to very slow climb and earning towards guild chest!

Same for me: I went from 12k+ to 9k after the PvP update, whereas some guild mates went from 12k+ to 30k+.
Now I played a lot and I see 36k+ if I inspect my profile, but only 12k+ on the PvP panel.
Blizzard can you fix this mess please?

Same for me + progress bar seems to be stuck and no progression rewards are granted.

The devs are yet to correct this bug. While many player have 3x of their actual honors ratings; some have the actual honors rating count!
