Same happens again - no reward for new season. Did even push previous season while encountered the problem. Now rushed back to silver and still guildies Got higher ranking but have less honor.

Ehrm, guys, you are kinda wrong there.

Your ratings didnt just drop, but new season began, so you have been rolled back to 9000, as everyone else. This happens every season, so the field is equalized and also you can progress with the new reward system.

Also, as per guild mates retaining higher ranks you say?

  • your guild mates had their honor drop to 9000 as well.
  • As you check their profile it displays their all time highest pvp rank, not their current one. Means they have reached lets say ArcLight Mastermind at least once before, so their profile border and profile description says that. Their actual honor you cant see.
  • Also, now every hero counts into you accumulated honor, but in a weird way. Before you could play any champ, and every champ had a separate MMR (matchmaking rating) and Honor. Your 3 highest counted.
  • Now you may progress with any champ, but they share an overall MMR and Honor, while some mitigation was built in for fairness based on your overall power level.
  • Also now as you reach a rank, you can not drop below the numbers by the thousand below. Ao letd say you reach 12000, then win some games and get to 12175, but then you lose every game you play, you still wont drop below 12000, but ypur MMR slowly drop with those losses, as you may be too high in Honor rating that doesnt match your performance overall. (Lets say you are lvl 8 but found a super specific one-trick-pony build for that particular set of tower/modifier and you are beating lvl10-11 sets with it. You reach a certain MMR but the modifiers change and your one trick set doesnt work anymore. Now you need to compete with a standard, no trick lvl8 set vs lvl10-11. You will lose a lot, until your actual MMR evens out to your power level, and you meet lvl8-9s again, which lets say, you can beat. So now the system keeps your achieved rank, and tanks it at the set thousand, so you dont lose yoir achived ranks and the rewards it provides at the end of season, even if you lose a lot after.)

End of season and current victory road is bugged. I guess they will fix it with the new dungeon cycle or something.

Also, if you check other profiles, the displayed information is misleading. Your guildies got rolled back to 9k honkr as well, bit their profile shows their alltime highest rank, not the current. So lets say they rwached 14k last season, they get their rank shown as that, while they are back to base just like you.

No you don’t know anything about the bug we are talking about here! Here few queries to you.
How all my guild players are already at Arclight rank except me?
I reached Arclight rank previous season with 16k honor while my guild players were already at Arclight from previous season inception. How is this possible?
Also your theory that once you get thousand honor you don’t fall below that is incorrect. At Arclight rank I was at 16k plus and then also went down to 15982 rank!
Let me clarify they have honor 3x times the actual honor rating which is the exact bug we are talking about here!

And still same issue just dropped me even further Down and ppl in guild im higher than is even higher than i am. And i know for a fact they didnt reach the same honor

And we still didnt get the reward/borders for previous seasons When going higher than others who still Got a higher ranking portait/border. So the issue goes - When total honor says i am alot higher or highest and still didnt get the rank or higher than some. And the rewards from those Ranks in season. I’ve checked this season again, before reset last time i was lets say a number 45k honor and ppl from guild who got lower rank have those portaits (dunno about rewards. Now new season starts im getting lower in total again than those players and i know i played this game from beta and on all chars so ofc it says im higher in total but at every season no reward and resets lower than most from guild and some of those from the guild have recently started playing the game. So all the talk with mmr and such have nothing to do with the problem ^^
