At this point, I would take gold, but I got nothing. They told me to ask for a refund on Apple Store, but I will be debited 3K gold in-game….
I will start taking screenshots of all the offers I buy from now on. I enjoy this game and I’m willing to spend money on it so it keeps going. This has been almost a month now since I bought the pack and I’ve gotten no feedback at all except to “stay alert to the forum” which is total bs. My offer contained experience and stars for Charlga and execute which were both critical in the raid, at least for me. I’m fortunate enough to have dedicated and competitive guild members to run with so I was able to clear it. But seriously why is it taking this long to hear anything? Dropping $30 on just coins is ridiculous . This is becoming frustrating. I’ve been playing Blizzard games especially warcraft for most of my life now, help me out here.
I strongly suggest taking screenshots for any offer you want to buy before purchase. For the same bundle, they may offer you different specific bonus (coins, stars may vary) .

I’ve opened 2 tickets going back and forth with the GMs without any progress, and even opened up my own separate bug report, but I don’t think any of the developers are looking into this. We definitely need to show them with our wallets and not purchase anything until we have been compensated.

I make 2 very long ticket chains with GMs to hopefully have one of the developers manually check my account and also others that are having this issue. I will now screenshot all my offers in the shop and screenshot the troop star and exp levels before and after. I just want to receive what I paid for.
Try to report app store for “report quality of purchase”.

I tried for a refund, they won’t help with that either. Everyone is just passing the blame. I asked for the gold equivalent because at least it’s something, but they won’t even do that.
Don’t get me wrong, this game is very well designed. The offers, rewards, and even quests prioritize units that I am playing. I am incentivised to spend by getting offers for what I’m doing. Other collector games do the exact opposite, the more you focus something the less rewards you get to force you to spend for what you want. That feels scummy and this game is not doing that, so far, which I really appreciate. Feels a lot better. But if I’m just gonna be buying way overpriced coins what’s the point? You guys are definitely doing this game right as far as I can tell. Any feedback at all on this issue would be really nice, especially with how many people are effected by it, and that the event it was for has come and gone so it was a useless purchase.
Over 1 month. No resolution and no compensation. They just stole $30 and they don’t care.
