This response from the GM is false. I only received the gold that was part of the offer. There was no equivalent gold given.

It presents that this bundle contains 7000 Arclight coins, 30000 Arclight energy, and 1 Legendary core for $39.99. But I only got 4250 Arclight coins, 20000 Arclight energy, and 1 Legendary core after buying it. Is that some kind of fraud?

But I only got 4250 Arclight coins, 20000 Arclight energy, and 1 Legendary core after buying it.
Same Issue. After I just got a message saying I had unclaimed 7000 gold after I posted my problem here. Then nothing happens.
Everyone really does appreciate this game and we all truly hope that we are able to have our items before 2 days when the raid actually starts. We bought items to better our game play and haven’t yet received items nor gotten notifications such things are actually being done to help us. We do appreciate the content you provide us but we struggle to move forward with such money spent out with no resolution 7 to 9 days later. We aren’t asking for refunds and we are not asking for free stuff we all would just like our items so we can all kick butt and chew bubble gum and we are all out of bubble gum!!!

I have tried logging out and back in, restarting my phone, and restarting the app. I still haven’t received anything except the coins. It’s been almost 2 weeks since this purchase and I’d really like some sort of update please. Highly doubt I’m see anything before the raid starts again and that was the entire point of the offer.

4 days ago, I sent my first request for missing coins. Today I received 3X1000 gold. It seems they manually sent missing coins to my account. My issue has been solved. I hope everybody else can get their missing items.
I really hope gold isn’t their answer. I would’ve have purchased the pack if it was only gold. I can’t just buy 10 stars for my specific minis for 1000 each. Glad you got somewhere within four days, though. A lot of us have been waiting almost two weeks. This is infuriating that Blizzard won’t even respond, and their support game “masters” aren’t at all helpful. I don’t think they even read our tickets, they just copy/paste templates.
Can we get some action here? Missing 20* on key cards that would be able to upgrade with those stars. Haven’t spent a dime since this issue, too - and I used to spend a decent amount.
Would really like some acknowledgment at least that this is being worked on. It’s been over two weeks and no communication.

For players’ convenience, here is my completed case:

What I did after the issue happened:
Sent my issue to support on battlenet website. Two tickets about this issue created.
Sent my proof (image of the bundle) through tickets and repeatedly asked them that how to fix the issue (most of time they just show template answers and they cannot solve this problem).
Reported “quality issue” about this bundle to Apple store following the instruction by their response.
Created several topics in Forum and replied some similar topics.
After two days I created tickets, one notification in game said “I have unclaimed 7000 coins”. But nothing changes. Then I repeated operations above. After that, one ticket response me I misread my bundle – “20000 Archlight energy” instead of “30000 Archlight energy”. I correct my issue about Archlight energy part and requested the remaining coins. After four days, I got 3X1000 coins in game. It seems they checked my case and manually sent coins to my account.
I hope my case can help other players and I hope the bug will be fixed.
Glad you got some resolution. I’m getting nowhere with Blizzard nor with Google. This is beyond ridiculous.

I bought the ready for raiding package yesterday and received the gold but none of the stars or xp boosts. Its troublesome to have to remember what was in the bundle to make sure it was given. I’ve opened a ticket with support as well.
Is Blizzard serious? That’s ridiculous. If we wanted gold we would have BOUGHT gold. We bought the specific deals for the promotions we were promised. These deals are purchased strategically to help make our decks better, not for us to settle with the gold and force us to farm the grid. Give us our STUFF. It’s been weeks with no updates and BS excuses from support. Take the gold back and give us what we promised or compensate us for all the grief. It’s ridiculous how the company is treating players that are actively spending money. We’re literally funding the game and all the staff thats “working” on it. Where our update and where’s our reward? Alienating whales is the stupidest thing your company can do.
Update anytime soon? Raid is over so this was just a waste of money at this point.
