Not receiving stars or xp boost from ready for raiding did bought the ready for raiding today buy i did gain nothing how can this be fixed ?

I’ve tried to explain the issue to several GMs, but they don’t seem to understand what’s going on… Can any Blizzard employee confirm here that this is being looked into and compensation will be issued?
I also haven’t received the stars or XP.

I purchased the bundle on June 25th. I received 3000g immediately, but no stars or xp boosts. In the past they have shown up a few hours later. This time I’ve never received them even after 24h.

Oh oh, from the last post I see the package is not a static offer, rather the minis are generated by algo/AI… So I fear they have no record who would get what… If this is right, we have to be prepared to wait a while longer 
same issue. i bought the pack only for stars and xp instead i got extra gold. NO STARS and NO XP. have complained the same to customer support, all i get is generic responses.

I bought a pack 4 or 5 days ago and still haven’t received some of the items yet from the pack I bought yet. I haven’t received any stars to upgrade my troops. Execute, Gryphon Rider, Rend Blackhand. I also didn’t receive the exp to help level up them troop. I only got the coins from the pack. If you could please help me receive the rest of what I purchased I would be very grateful. I just got a message saying I had unclaimed items from this pack, then the game crashed and I still don’t have them (same stats as I posted above)
I bought the Ready for Raid $30 package which included 3,000 gold, experience points, and 30 stars across Rag, Drake, and Ghoul. Upon purchase, I only received the gold. I contacted support and they told me to wait a few days and it’s been about 5 days now. I bought the deal specially to rank up my Drake and Ghoul, which should have brought them to max level. So basically NO stars and NO experience.

Can you help fix this? I’ve spent a lot on the game and it’s making me hesitant to want to purchase future bundles. It’s not right.
