We’re aware of an issue preventing players from being able to claim Tomes, we will be pushing out a Hotfix to address this issue in the next few days.
Thank you for the post about this. Keep this one as priority because I feel this is having a huge impact on the game.

Still didnt fix the graphics bug on tablets though.
No it isnt. These developers look like a group of interns coming out of college. I always expected more from blizzard…
