Did quest to get to siren isle, was able to get to siren isles, but when I click on the captain or the mole machine, no dialogue to leave pops up, just my map pops up

Getting any answers seems to be impossible, I’ve tried a few different pathways and they keep redirecting to other places, lol pretty useless customer service
