Im having the same issue
Same, goes to 44% and freezes. Iphone 14 plus.
I have the same issue one my Nothing Phone (Android). One hour ago everthing worked fine.
Same problem here! iOS newly updated as of today, restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. Nothing seems to help

Same issue, tried 2 different android devices, including fresh install on one 3.0.0.81564/81893
Same error as the rest. Cleared cache and reinstalled same issue game wont load.
I had all the same issues, after uninstalling and re-installing, I continued as guest, did the intro, then logged in with my bnet account. This could be a fix & or is just a result of a patch that came out.
More importantly, I purchased the winterspring strongbox package, which either caused the issue, or is a result of some other issue, and now I canāt claim my package just says ācanāt complete this transactionā

Ive uninstalled, reinstalled.
Logged in as guest with no problem, but cant do it with blizzard account. I can log into blizzard account and see the game is active.
Just got to a cinematic and an 870mb download and am back in the game. Maybe itās a widespread fix, if not Iāll enjoy getting crushed by heroics for you all
