Crashing constantly and restarting

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

  • Device Type: iPhone
  • Device Model: 15 Pro Max
  • Device Operating System: iOS
  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: latest update, as of 21.08.2024

After updating the game this morning, the app constantly restarts. I tried restarting the device and reinstalling the app, same stuff happens, I log in and then immediately it restarts.

Constant crash loop after game update and purchasing dungeon in-app purchase. $14.99 value. Not sure if I received purchase, because crashed immediately after.

Tried re-installing game and clearing cache.

Same issue, game is constantly crashing right after starting up. So much for trying to PvP tonight before the end of the season. I’m about on my last straw with this game. Too many issues, too much downtime between the quality content.

Ok, didn’t see your thread. I may have been composing my thread when you created yours.

I made an unfortunate in-app purchase before the crash, so uncertain if that was the cause? Or if it was just the update? It appears I may have not received the in-app purchase

After the software update, the warcraftrumble app is restarting continuously.
This issue seems to be quite serious.

Hey same here I have a iPhone 13 mini so looks like iPhone is just a no go for today :frowning:

Been crashing since update everytime the games tries to load. I was able to play for a bit after shutting down the app a few times but it randomly crashes again in middle of game. Blizzard FIX!!! Please

Got the same issue. Keeps restarting to the main loading page, and reloads again and again.

Last night was fine.

Same problem, iPad with latest iOS.

Crashes changing army, crashes playing quest, crashes doing surge.

Game basically unplayable with this release.
