I got the same issue. Let me claim the arclight reward, but wont let me claim the bonus levels so dungeon is stuck in resume and cannot claim reward

Same problem. Dungeon broke so went and did another dungeon now cairne is higher level and dungeon locked. Pls help!

Same issue. Posted fix did not resolve.

i bought all 3 horde leaders on the grid and could only play a SINGLE dungeon because then i was locked out due reward claim bug.
i tried everything nothing worked!

Did everybody at Blizz go on holidays after BlizzCon ?

“We listened” yep we can see that, a bug blocks one of the first feature of the game for lots of people: most reported bug, most views, several post everyday. No answer. No fix. Nothing. And I guess no anticipation there might be bugs at launch and it might need some fix right away…

Yep you listened, and you just thought “yeah whatever money still goes in”, as always with Blizz (hello Wow Support? Kidding support stopped answering 6 years ago)

I have no idea what make ups I had as mines been broke for two weeks. I’ve tried all the leaders I had but I guess I changed them sense then. I really hope they fix
this soon.
