My game Loading Classic models textures Instead of Reforged ones Although I have enabled Reforged in settings

Howdy!

In some custom maps, it might be possible to load older assets, but I have not seen any issues where Reforge graphics do not activate at all. Goto Menu → Options → Video → At the bottom left toggle Reforged. (Back and accept the changes, restart the client and retest in a normal map vs the PC.) If the issue were to continue, I recommend reinstalling the game.
