If need to try a human overbuff, just do Improved Lumber Harvesting +5, not +10, but make it as peasants default start passive. So 15 wood from start. Advanced Lumber Harvesting make +5 on t2.
This will be an attempt to overbuff the human economy, the weakest point - wood

SC2 has support for exporting a map from WC3, so it should be here as well. Excuse me, are you one of the developers?? Don’t write excuses to do nothing. In addition, if you really want to get a good quality map, but I already drew it in StarCraft2

This is logically not correct proposition I do not understand it!
So SC2 supports the import from maps exported from WC3 or vice-versa? what did you mean?

Anyway It is non-sense:

  • what should we do with Vespene gas in War3?
  • where do we have our woods? Most of SC2 maps does not have woods, few of them maybe, anyway not enough for chopping down.
  • cristal’s are not gold mines…
  • no Tavern, no Goblin Lab, no Shops… but we have sometimes increasing Lava or worse: Shipyards will not fit into War3’s image.

All new requests must be feasible and fit into the image of War3 also.
Eg. Naga faction as 5th one - can be a very good request! And is almost there, with Artwork etc.

You meant having the Warcraft 3 Reforged debut? Like a StarCraft 2 mod into playing Warcraft 3? They only had that for the demo and scrapped it afterwards. They already shown the game wasn’t ready to begin with. And it seems they weren’t planning to use SC2 game engine.

All good changes except for items changes…

  1. Claw is already weaker than circlet for 80% of heroes, keep claw at +5. Suggest buffing glove to +15% atk speed and +1 dmg or +20% atk speed. Ring +3 plus 10 HP as well, as well as -1 damage on circlet, and price circlet the same price as claws and ring.
  2. Claw +9 to +8 is good. Remove crystal ball from same tier drop list and Ring +4 to Ring +4.5 with plus 15hp.
  3. Potion of greater mana to be +225 mana, -50 mana is too big of nerf. Effect that to mana stone as well.
  4. Also, buff Ring +5 to Ring +6 with +20HP. Pendant of mana +225 mana instead of 250.

Yes, It will not worth to creep or get claw +4. For sure I will sell it if I get for free…
also claw +8 weak.

I just followed recent reaction-videos and I think some of the reaction is usefull and some not :D. @Balance-Team please help human at least a little bit against immolation. Other races get Overbuffs from nowhere (even if they had not had any problems in performance). human was always the looser of the last patches in some way. please make the game enjoyable for us again. thank you and keep on going the good work.

And also help NE on early defense agains fast HU altar + AM and 3-4 footies who can kill all wisps.

Could 3v3 please get a map update? The rest of the modes had map refresh

The Elf heroes, few units and buildings need buff and rework.
  1. Demon Hunter: return +1 agility in base stade.
  2. Keeper of the Grove: Keeper of the Grove base Intelligence from 18 to 19 and Entangling Roots cast range on 700 with lvl 2. Increased treants damage base from 14 to 16. Thorns aura also work equally against melee units as well as long-range units.
  3. Potm: Owls Scouts buff like more duration, trueshot aura buff from 10% 20% 30% to 15%/25%/35% and base attack cooldown reduced from 2.33 to 2.00. Hide: duration for Potm from 1.5 to 1.0 second.
  4. Warden: Buff intelligence from 16 to 17. Fan of knife unit cap 5\6\7 and buff fan of knifes from 75/125/190 to 85/135/200. Agility on +1. Shadow Strike mana cost return from 75 to 65. Reduce manna cost for Blink level 3. Warden has used 4 spells and solo tanky hero so I think it will not hurt to give she’s a little bit buff spells and also that this hero survives at the end of the game. Hide fade duration from 1.5 to 1.0 second.

Buff hp for wisps and back for them mana lose to units heroes from 40 to 50 and hp from 120 to 130 or 140 hp. Was buff hp for peons, acolytes and peasants so please buff hp for wisps too.

                             So now about units.

Dryads: Rework. Please buff hp for Dryads HP from 435 to 500 and bring back Abolish Magic damage against summoned units 300. Main mana 300 and initial mana 100 and mana regeneration: 0.95 . Reduce the experience gain from Dryads from Level 3 (60xp) to Level 2 (40 xp). Because the elves absolutely do not have enough dispel mana and damage for dispel also the dryads themselves as units are very weak so it would not hurt to add a little hit points.

Druid of the Claw( Bear Form): return and add +1 attack damage for druid of the Claw(Bear Form).

Mountain Giant: Make it so that the elf players can produce MG’s without shop. After buff Taurens and Knights like u give for them 25% pulverize and sundering blades defaults so give also for Mountain Giants Resistant Skin or Hardened Skin default and Mountain Giant supply reduced from 7 back to 6. Also after u nerf double taunt, this units no used and no playble in 1vs1, so recuced for mgs from 14 to 5 second cooldown taunts. Also please dont nerf harderen skin to 8 armor because this units no playble in 1vs1 in pro lvls. So i think nerf to 10 harderen skin armor enough with 2 base armor.

Chimaera: movement speed return from 250 to 270.

Now about the buildings: Tree of lifes buff Nature’s Blessing Armor Bonus on +2.
Nature blessing upgrade cost reduce from 150 gold 200 wood to 100 gold and 150 wood. Tree of life build time reduce from 120 to 110.
Tree of life start with 11 food supplied.
The next build Ancient of War: base attack increases from 36 to 40.
Chimaera Roost: Build time reduce from 60 to 50 second.

Agree, Plus reduce manna cost for Blink level 3 - otherwise no point to research it.

I say more, because fiends and rifles have more life. so at least 500 life would be nice. Plus Fiends and rifles are available sooner, this is also not fair.

I can’t believe NEer is still suggesting to buff NE even though it is already the strongest race among the four. Half of any tournement is occupied by NE players and we always watch NE mirrors all the time. Please debuff moon well, debuff DH and make it a game of four races. It shouldn’t be a game of night elves and friends.

NE must be buffed somehow in really-Early Game vs Human
If bases are near (too close - small map), than HU eat alive the NE !!!

(scenario: NE hero not yet ready, max 1 archer ready and 2 wells, but ArchMage or other hero with 3 footies already destroy either wisps or wells) How to def that? And if I go other hero than DH and ally did not came to help - or ally is not also human with fast altar => entire NE base in ruins. Call me noob, but I really did not found the solution for this.

And in Late game you can nerf NE (druid of talon or MG life or remove fairy dragons - whatever you choose)!

We’ve deployed a new 1.36 PTR build. This update includes the following additions and adjustements:

Balance

  • Immolation damage reduced from 7/12/18 to 6/11/17
  • Sentinel Research cost reduced from 100/100 to 50/50 gold/lumber
  • Arcane Tower Feedback increased from 12 to 16 on heroes (24 on regular units remains unchanged)
  • Pulverized cost reduced from 225 to 175 lumber
  • Mana Stone mana granted on consumption reduced from 250 to 200
  • Circlet Removed from drop table (still available for purchase from the Goblin Merchant)
  • Ring of Superiority added to the drop table as a level 1 item (+1 to all stats)
  • Ring of the Archmagic added to the drop table as a level 4 item (+3 to all stats)

Ranked

  • Map vetos have been changed to 3 for all modes

Observer Mode

  • Added the option to disable/enable observer mode UI. This is automatically set OFF by default
  • Added click to follow in the observer mode UI by clicking the command card
  • Removed the control panel and moved the command card to the far right, hotkeys for toggling menus are available in the help menu
  • Production bar progress color is now white

Tournaments

  • Added additional UI to indicate when the next tournament is

Bugfixes

  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from creating 512x512 custom maps
  • Fixed an issue where the game would crash when calling BlizHideOriginFrames

Awful. Map vetoes 3? So I’m forced to play the awful champions map that are anti human? Then blizz refuses to buff human? Still buffing orc though.

I’m done, I don’t know why I still check this crap
