at least for sorry of all that situation
Where did they apologize? No. They didn’t. This is a weak response and I don’t empatize with them at all.
Why is everyone so upset about the cutscene cameras? There was a ton of backlash with it, and they said at Blizzcon 2019 they were keeping the original camera angles.
because if they not change the campaign now they never change them just some little fix for play online and that’s all
same situation for the ui
Better get it now and if the time should actually come, then buy the game.
Yes! Exactly! We paid and pre-ordered because we expected what was claimed or at least something very similar!
So, several promises at Blizzcon, a demo that doesn’t match the final product and everything is still being used as advertising material to sell the game. And you say that it doesn’t matter, more importantly, in the development process you didn’t bother to communicate to those who had already pre-purchased, leading to deception. Gotcha…
Nor will they mention the fact that those who have the classic client have to download 30gb of a game they don’t own. OK…
I sincerely need more than sorry to know what they are going to do.
I do not say that they tell me for Monday is everything or for next month.
I need to be told what content they are going to correct and when it will be.
If you got the refund or wrote your review, just stop writing to these kind of forums. It was new and funny on the first days of the release, but if you want to leave the “WC3: Refunded”, just leave it and stop copying others behaving. It is as boring as reposting memes on 9GAG.
Thanks to these peoples ,Blizzard feeld themself forced to answer after a looong radio silence and you still don’t get the point.
Beign kind and support them with our pre-orders , look what we get!
ahhh… worthless corp speak…
Shouldn’t have released this game if all those features are slated for a major patch months from now.
A omidsus way of saying that only fix the BUGs.
I think the comunity message has not reached them completely.
Oh Kaivax, 'ole buddy…
You know as well as I do that what you’re writing there does not reflect the core values of Blizzard. I know you well enough to know that you don’t believe it.
You’re sitting there writing out a load of features that you know should have been in at launch. That you wanted in at launch.
The game wasn’t ready. You know it wasn’t ready, we know it wasn’t ready.
So why, oh why, did you release it?
It’s time for all of us to join in the chorus with you and the rest of the Blizzard staff - because I know you care - in saying: Enough is enough. “When it’s done” is a good policy, and Blizzard needs to be respectful of how it got to this position. Enough with the lootboxes. Enough with the half-arsed releases.
The people are there. We can tell you’re frustrated. Just let it out and let us help you. Please…
We want our Blizzard back, and we know you do, too.
Blizzard in many people’s minds is a company that has been dedicated to making hard-core & near-perfect games. fans have huge expectation of Blizzard. any slight deviation from perfection will be amplified a billion times. so don’t mess up…
So tl;dr version of this essay is that you released incomplete game and are planning on releasing some of the features in the upcoming weeks that should’ve been included from day one.
We know this update doesn’t address all questions
You should correct this part, this update doesn’t answer any of the actually important questions. You aren’t even giving excuses for why Reforged flopped as hard as it did, all you are basically saying is that you are sorry we are wrong. This is basically a big block of nothing.
Thanks for the information, cautiously looking forward to those patches now. I also hope this will ensure that no future game will be released in such an unfinished state as reforged was.
There no trust for your words after so many wrong PR decisions
This sounds same
You do understand that they did refresh some of the cutscenes right? a lot of them are now in 4k for the most part, and they look great too…
I’m prolly going to wait for the game to get fixed up before putting a ton of time into it. I get distracted with the things that aren’t working right and that takes away some of the joy.
Great, what are your plans for the lag, input lag, and desyncs which you haven’t mentioned and greatly impact the ability to play the game right now.
Examples:
When placing a building, game freezes or lags due to some potentially poor unforeseen implementation of loading assets.
Many players are reporting that they can barely play even with all settings turned to minimum, let alone making use of the new graphics. (Other new triple A titles such as Call of Duty, by Activision run fine).
Custom games desync, can’t rejoin, and many are currently broken.
I really hope they read these comments. It’s almost like Blizzard thinks we’re stupid. Oh wait…
