yes. because the game was swarming with hackers… so nobody played tournaments where u had to wait hours to be drophacked or maphacked away during the finals…
the tournaments were great and brought some of the best games before everything went down because of hackers etc…
id really love to see the tournaments coming back!
I was able to refund the game.
Was pretty much done in seconds.
Fix the game and improve it to a new experience.
To many bugs and weird decisions in the campaigns.
Are there any plans to do something with the UI? It takes up an awfully large part of the bottom half of the screen. I seem to recall the trailer had a much smaller UI.
Several weeks without MMR/Ladders/Profiles/Stats is unacceptable IMHO since at the very least Profiles should have NEVER EVER been taken away. If you want some new MMR/Ladder system…sure. But to get rid of profiles? No.

If you can’t deliver what you showed at BlizzCon 2018, you shouldn’t have launched the game. UI, cutscenes, polished content, everything. Blizzard used to mean quality, now it’s just similar to EA, Ubisoft, etc. Profit first, players last.
“we did not want the in-game cutscenes to steer too far from the original game.” - this is horsecrap, the cutscenes were just bait and switch to make people pre-order. If you didn’t want them to steer too far from the old game, you wouldn’t have showed them like that at BlizzCon.

I have not requested a refund as of yet because I figured I would wait for a response. If this is going to be the last response, I’ll be requesting that refund.

Why we must download a lot of content, that it is not needed for classic?

Why is everyone so upset about the cutscene cameras? There was a ton of backlash with it, and they said at Blizzcon 2019 they were keeping the original camera angles.

Then start acting like it. The game releasing in this state is abyssmal and you’ve let it prolapse out into the world with these glaring problems.
I don’t want you to fix things after the fact. I want you to make good on your promises. Your response to the demand for cutscenes is transparent spin and if that’s what you were actually going for, you wouldn’t be promoting it on the store page.
If you implement the possibility to play custom campaings again i´ll become a happy fan.
I only would ask for 60+ fps animations.
