The fact that other pc users keep getting their stuff fixed almost immediately but it’s been 45 days since Mac has been able to play is crazy. Honestly it might be worth it that we move on from playing this game so we don’t have to be waiting for blizzard to fix the game cause they don’t really care that much.

I wish I had known there was issues with this before I blindly bought it last night. Hopefully the $40 goes towards an hour of somebody’s time to reply here and let us have an update on the fix.

now I want to thank blizzard so that I won’t have to spend time playing the game and doing something more meaningful
I’m also getting the error. FYI, the automated refund logic in battlenet says we are not eligible for a refund. Presumably an actual working game is not part of the sale price. Rather it’s a bonus which you might enjoy occasionally, but definitely not regularly.

Please answer me honestly: is this really just an issue of not being able to log in to the game? Have you truly prepared a playable Mac client? Login issues are not something that should take a week to resolve. If you haven’t solved it within a week, I bet you won’t be able to fix it even in six months. Are you genuinely not deceiving your customers?

Yes, it is. I understand your skepticism but the “only” thing that was wrong with the game was essential files were missing from the game directory, preventing it from launching. Now the problem seems to simply be this error message.
There’s no conspiracy, This was clearly meant to be a big buildup moment for the game and clearly not planned.
hi for FlicK sake treat us like paying costumers! give us estimated time for the fix, refund option and an apology! why do you guys treat your costumers like DOGS

Same, can’t login, on mac error 6.9. What pisses me off the most is that I cant even play single player to train! WTF!!! Want my money back! Unbelievable!

Intel Macbook Pro… same problem, getting the 6:9 code .-. I thought the maintenance Wednesday would fix the problem but I guess not. this is ridiculous.
Why do you feel the need to go around these forums trying to correct people all the time? Is that all you do all day is sit here trying to prove how you’re right and everyone else is wrong? It’s really pathetic.
Fact is this type of stuff never happened with the old Blizzard team. The game could always be launched and played and things came out with far fewer bugs.
