Developers only have Intel CPUs, they don’t have AMD CPUs,

Thank you for your answer.
I tried to play more wc3 games and got 110 -120 fps and before i got 80 fps, so it’s random.
Right after the hotfix, I had my 200 fps back, I always got 200 fps anyway.
My specs are : AMD Ryzen 7 1700/ Nvidia gefore 1070 GTX 8GB
I did check the monitor and 60 Hz is the maximum I can select, I can’t go higher so you are right about this point, but anyway, may my screen is a bit “old” but I play many recent games with 200 + FPS. and again, Im not stuck at 60 fps…
The same problem plagues my setup after the last 2 patches. Patch ago everything was fine. If the developers have crooked hands, let them backup.

I have 300 fps on PRT and 50 fps with micro spikes on live service i dont think its monitor issue

Warcraft 3 Performance is spiking with low framerate in Singleplayer + Multiplayer.
Even capping the Framerate to 60 results in it dipping every 3 seconds caused by frequent spikes. See below for examples.

same here. game (ingame and loading screen) feels super choppy even though fps is solid at 60 according to teh counter
