Did send my MSInfo.txt + DxDiag.txt via a ticket. and the blizzard guy told to post here ( again and again) so here I am.
Windows 10
AMD Ryzen 7 1700
Geforce GTX 1070 8Go
RAM 16 Go DDR4
PS: no, it’s not my computer, I run many games with high resolution that need wayyyyy more ressources than wc3.
I did every fix possible already( reinstall wc3, drivers update, change resolution, change settings, etc )
Oh really? how do you know this? Have you been in their offices?
There are people on intel hardware that are having issues, and there are people on AMD (like myself) both CPU and GPU, that are not having issues. People are telling themselves this is AMD specific but I’m not seeing the evidence of that.
If I have no problem with FPS, I will be posting so that they know this isn’t an everybody issue and that will help them to determine where they need to look to solve the problem. Sorry that you can’t understand how this contributes but it does.
“The AMD CPU” isn’t missing FPS. I’m running an all AMD system, both CPU and GPU. any FPS loss I had was restored in the last hotfix. This is not univerally affecting AMD users. Trying to convince the devs or anyone else otherwise will not help to solve the problem.
I helped the Blizzard people who may actually be reading this stuff. Whether or not an issue affects everyone, or everyone with a particular piece of hardware, makes a difference in determining the cause and the fix, as I said probably fourteen times already.
I am not just saying “Oh, I don’t have this problem so it isn’t real!” or “These guys are a bunch of liars!” To fix any bug, it is important to know exactly where the issue lies, who is affected, and how to reproduce it, if applicable. As much as you don’t like to hear about someone not having a problem, it does help them fix it.
If you’re not an X3D, don’t say you have the same computer hardware as me, you don’t deserve it
Are you AMD 5800X3D? Don’t compare your 5800X to my 5800X3D. The 5800X3D has an L3 cache of 96MB,
That’s not what you said. You and others have implied and suggested th at this problem affects all AMD users. Not just people with your exact CPU model. If that’s what you meant to say, then that’s what you (and everyone else) should have said.
This isn’t your place, it is everyone’s place. Also, we’re typing, not opening our mouths, to be technical
If you were a reasonable, respectful person, you’d just post your issue and walk away instead of fighting with anyone who has something different to say.
