FPS issue still, always, forever...?

I’m tired to explain so maybe you can undestand this :

  • Patch 1.35 : 300 FPS stable, perfect
  • PTR 1.36 : 300 FPS stable, perfect
  • Patch 1.36 : 30-40-50 FPS max, unplayable lags, spikes every seconds

Did send my MSInfo.txt + DxDiag.txt via a ticket. and the blizzard guy told to post here ( again and again) so here I am.

Windows 10
AMD Ryzen 7 1700
Geforce GTX 1070 8Go
RAM 16 Go DDR4

PS: no, it’s not my computer, I run many games with high resolution that need wayyyyy more ressources than wc3.
I did every fix possible already( reinstall wc3, drivers update, change resolution, change settings, etc )

I have the same problem
Developers only have Intel CPUs, they don’t have AMD CPUs,
Here are my test results, and I can provide a video

DRAM:8G

CPU: AMD 5800X3D
DRAM:8G3800MHZ C14
test map1:BOOTY BAY
Patch 1.35 : 500 FPS stable, perfect
PTR 1.36 : 500 FPS stable, perfect
Patch 1.36 : 432 FPS max,

CPU: AMD 5800X3D
DRAM:8G 3800MHZ C14
test map2:The Foremath Current Version: 0.71b
Patch 1.35 : 204 FPS stable, perfect
PTR 1.36 : 181 FPS stable, perfect
Patch 1.36 : 131 FPS max,

DRAM:16G

CPU: AMD 5800X3D
DRAM:16G 3800MHZ C14
test map1:BOOTY BAY
Patch 1.35 : 500 FPS stable, perfect
PTR 1.36 : 500 FPS stable, perfect
Patch 1.36 : 445 FPS max,

Patch 1.35 : 211 FPS stable, perfect
PTR 1.36 : 188 FPS stable, perfect
Patch 1.36 : 147 FPS max,

unplayable lags, spikes every seconds
CPU = RYZEN = LOW FPS(In version Patch 1.36)

Oh really? how do you know this? Have you been in their offices?

There are people on intel hardware that are having issues, and there are people on AMD (like myself) both CPU and GPU, that are not having issues. People are telling themselves this is AMD specific but I’m not seeing the evidence of that.

I will not shut up. It is important to know who and how many people have a particular issue as it helps determine the cause and possible solutions.

And what video? there’s no video in this thread.

??

I don’t speak japanese (or chinese), your effort in replying is wasted. The dev team doesn’t either, so it’s wasted on them too.

If you have no problem with fps, then you can play your game instead of reasoning with me all day.

Have you seen my video? I wrote the data for version 1.35 at 200fps and version 1.36 at 120fps using a pen?

I can’t explain why these two data are so different. Just shut up and play the game you love. Don’t let me scold you here

You can’t explain the frame rate difference in my video, so don’t speak up. I need the official to explain why the AMD CPU is missing so many fps.

别几把整天没事一样的,在这说fps修复修复了,fps真的全部修复,怎么还有人在这里报告问题?
Play the game you love, please don’t comment on my words

If I have no problem with FPS, I will be posting so that they know this isn’t an everybody issue and that will help them to determine where they need to look to solve the problem. Sorry that you can’t understand how this contributes but it does.

“The AMD CPU” isn’t missing FPS. I’m running an all AMD system, both CPU and GPU. any FPS loss I had was restored in the last hotfix. This is not univerally affecting AMD users. Trying to convince the devs or anyone else otherwise will not help to solve the problem.

I helped the Blizzard people who may actually be reading this stuff. Whether or not an issue affects everyone, or everyone with a particular piece of hardware, makes a difference in determining the cause and the fix, as I said probably fourteen times already.

I am not just saying “Oh, I don’t have this problem so it isn’t real!” or “These guys are a bunch of liars!” To fix any bug, it is important to know exactly where the issue lies, who is affected, and how to reproduce it, if applicable. As much as you don’t like to hear about someone not having a problem, it does help them fix it.

If you’re not an X3D, don’t say you have the same computer hardware as me, you don’t deserve it
Are you AMD 5800X3D? Don’t compare your 5800X to my 5800X3D. The 5800X3D has an L3 cache of 96MB,

That’s not what you said. You and others have implied and suggested th at this problem affects all AMD users. Not just people with your exact CPU model. If that’s what you meant to say, then that’s what you (and everyone else) should have said.

AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-Core 24-Thread Processor @4.70 GHz
AMD Radeon RX 6600 8GB

No performance loss since before the last main patch.

If you don’t have an X3D, just shut your mouth, you’re a brain jerk. X3D is AMD’s unique technology, and Blizzard does not have a CPU for X3D

你是个傻逼。让你说出你的解决办法,你在墨迹什么?
So you’re going to come up with a solution? What are you doing in ink?

You don’t make the rules here, and being disrespectful the way you are doesn’t make your case any better.

This isn’t your place, it is everyone’s place. Also, we’re typing, not opening our mouths, to be technical

If you were a reasonable, respectful person, you’d just post your issue and walk away instead of fighting with anyone who has something different to say.

玩你的游戏去,这里是有问题的提问题,没问题赶紧滚。

Be honest, are you google translating this?

你fps没问题,敢在这里叫?
