Technicians can try it on PTR,

Replace 1.36 with the previous 1.35 file,

Used on PTR, this has no impact on anyone

Another question, why lock my topic?

Are you too lazy to even copy?

This answer is ridiculous. Although the problem has been identified, your technical department has not taken action.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, swapping files is not a valid or professional fix. I’m glad it solved your problem, but this is not something you implement on a global scale. The issue is entirely fixable if they choose to put forth the effort in fixing it. This is not a solution, it is a hack.

Because you posted it in tech support and swapping files is not a proper solution to a problem, whether it works or not. Serously, just stop posting. They’re either going to fix it or they’re not, they’re not going to implement a backdoor hack. If it is to be fixed, it needs to be fixed properly.

The only sense in which the problem is identified is that we know one or more of the files you mentioned contains the location of the issue. We don’t know anything more than that.

The dog has woken up, everyone, run quickly

I completely agree
