I bought it a bit over 24 hours ago, only played for 4 or 5 hours this afternoon and was denied a refund. Tried really hard to get into the game but hated it. Have never asked for a refund before but felt like this is not something that should have been a sellable product. Especially from a company so big. Itā€™s hard to believe they have taken it out of beta the way it is. So many people feel the same way so canā€™t be too wrong. I wonder how much money they have made from people who hate it and have been denied a refund. It makes me not want to play any of their other games now because they obviously only care about the money and not their customers.

Few hours. He didnt even asked me. He refund right after i asked.

You must played less than 2 hours , you played 4 or 5 hours itā€™s a bit too late now.
I tried my self but it seems we canā€™t get a refund when we sign the contract and play.

I was waiting for this game since Blizzcon 2018. I did NOT expect THIS will be the result.

This game doesnā€™t even have a keybind editor, a 2020 RTS without keybind editor, I have to use a 2007 file to edit a .txt, lol

Reforged does need more work but Itā€™s not that bad right now. I believe they will keep updating the gameā€¦

When pushing a refund option - tells theres nothing to refund.
Is it me or refund isnā€™t available already?
Sent a massage to support like 5 or 6 hrs ago. Hope Iā€™m getting my money back.

You believe and thatā€™s the problem. This is not the Blizzard of '90s. You definitely should NOT believe the gaming companies nowaday. They all suck.

This company couldnā€™t finish a REMASTER of its own product. How ridiculous is that!?

I think you are overreacting a bit TBH. WoW is Amazingā€¦ as well as SC2, Hearthstone, HOTS, etcā€¦ All great games!
Donā€™t get me wrong Reforged definitely needs A LOT more work but,
we all had extremely high expectation for Reforged. I donā€™t know what went wrong and why they didnā€™t deliver on what they promised but I think the key issue here is lack of commutation between Blizz and us.

The campaign definitely felt unfinished to me last night but Multiplayer is pretty good so far, not great but good.

We should not bash on Blizzard so hard from ONE unfinished game out of how many?

I just wish they talked to us.

Did this months ago. What a shambles this game has becomeā€¦all time new low for Blizzard IMO.

If you are a WC3 fan best thing you can do is put in for a refund and show Blizz in real terms itā€™s not ok what they have done here.

10 hrs past, still no refund, still no answer from support.
Hope theyā€™ll tell me Iā€™m late to return their game because they had day long coffee break at the office.

Woke up to an approved refund on the 2nd ticket i submitted with a more detailed explanation of my disappointment of the game.

Really? If you bought a sandwich and they only gave you half of it, it wouldnā€™t bother you? Spending $45 for an unfinished game is not ok. They are not a small indy company.
