At the refund screen I was told I am not eligible, but no reason given. I proceeded and submitted a ticket to ask for refund. They gave me the refund after 9 hours of ticket submission.

Bumping this, along with saying, I am not supporting this fake game, it wasnāt what they said it would be, why should I pay a full gameās price for a reskin?
Bump. Hope Bobby Kotick and other Activision guys will just leave Blizzard alone (and die). I want my Blizzard back. Without this reskins (like Activision did with CoD every year). I know my opinion means nothing to them, but, on the other hand, Iām pretty sure what my money 100% means a lot to them, so Iāll take my money back 
Pre-ordered, not eligible for refund, played the Beta, bought for the 2019 (2020?) campaign. Did not even launch the game.
Tried support ticket. Hopefully getting my money back, as that is the only thing precious to this enterprise.

The same thing happened to me, I was so excited to Beta test for this but it seems Blizzard yet again ignored the feedback and plowed on through. I really, really hope those of us who pre-ordered can get our money back.

Iāll bump for the people who are highly disappointed but in all honesty i expected wc3 reforged to be a simple graphics update and my expectations became a reality.
Iām quite enjoying myself in the campaign atm. Sucks to see the slimy business practices though. However, itās not the first time blizzard has upset the community. Seems to be a recurring thing.
I wonder if they will do the same with the new diablo games.
