When I try to enter my CD keys in my Blizzard Account, it does not work. It does not tell me that my keys are already used or not valid, but it gives me this strange error message : « we can’t process this code at this time. Please try again later» …
Any solution about this error ?
Hello all. I am having the same issue. When I go to games and subscriptions, I do not see the keys to redeem. I bought and downloaded reforged yesterday.
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled and all of that jazz as well.
same issue here. I never bought RoC or TfT so i have no codes to input either…
I’ve been playing this game since its launch on and off and after all these years now I can’t even PLAY it because I have an error handling request?? Are you guys for real? What is this?
I have not purchased Reforged but my account has lost Frozen Throne or Reign of Chaos but now suddenly has Reforged. WTF? I have been playing TFT on standalone Launcher and have registered keys there.

This error happens when the Blizzard account used to login with the Battle.net application does not own the game.
Reign of Chaos and The Frozen Throne keys can be claimed here, or if they’re already claimed you can double check the “Games & Subscriptions” page.
Reforged purchases can be verified in the “Transaction History” page.

And it says that my keys are already claimed? By whom? Myself?!; 6-7-8 years ago when I was just a damned teenager, because I do remember adding both of them. But I don’t know know whether I added them on this account or not and I don’t even remember if I had other account for that matter, it has been such a long time. You think I’d know back then that you’d do something like this?
The best thing to do for this type of issue is Contact Support directly. We are unable to process an account recovery over the forums. This is for the safety and protection of your account and personal information.
I contacted support and they told me to go spend $30 on the reforged version, despite having a product key that I have been using for over a decade and literally was playing with days ago before the reforged update.
Thanks for not just ruining Warcraft 3, but for taking away a product that I own.
At least I have even more reason to never buy a Blizzard product ever again.

Still waiting for a fix, I won’t pay for a RoC and TFT Key when I already own the Reforged edition
I was able to get mine resolved with a spare code set.
Code the initial time was originally used on my other PC, which I guess is why it wasn’t working. That code was still linked to my account though, so still confused by that.
