I was just about to prepurchase Warcraft III Reforged but I noticed on system requirements it says under Requirements “Internet Connection”. The original game could be play offline in single player mode story and custom, and LAN play. I’ve heard LAN play will still be available but not officially.
If an internet connection is required to play this game in any other way then to play online I will most certainly not be buying it. This is definitely something that should’ve been directly detailed in the information about the game, and since it is not, it makes me think they don’t want to out right say it because then a lot of people won’t buy it, including me.
Has anyone seen an official response about this and if there is one and then they change their minds, will I be able to get a refund? Thanks!
