Ingame friendslist is still broken

The ingame friendslist, still is completely broken.
It shows online number of friends, but theyre all greyed out.
You can not rightclick whisper or invite any friends at the moment.
You have to do it with the battlenet app friendslist, which is also
kinda broken: when you watch some friend playing warcraft it say some cryptic coding stuff in the tooltip.

You cant even tell if someone is in a match…it only shows theyre playing the game but not what they are actually doing in the game.

Its a Mess.
Just like anything else in this Reforged.

Same here. I tried repairing and reinstalling the game completly but the friendslist is still all greyed out and the players in the chat channel are all just shown with the peon profile picture.
Any news how to fix?

Dont think it can be fixed by us, must be a server issue, so blizzard gotta fix it

Can we get a response to this? This issue seems to occur intermittently with me as well. Please let us know what gives…
