It’s so baffling- Pete Stilwell said the one thing they wanted to do is “preserve the game.”
All they’ve done is dismantled it and then left their fans in the dark.

It’s beyond fair at this point to continue to drag Blizzard through the mud as much as possible, in as many ways as possible, including doing whatever it takes to try to prevent any sales of Blizzard products by those around you.

They just update new UI for observers, ho wait we don’t really play in this mode.
You know, I was upset at launch and was angrily waiting for the next patch, but now I feel like it’ll never come. I guess it doesn’t matter any more.

Go play AoE2 DE instead of this fail. They patch aggressively and hotfix when needed. Proper Remaster of a great RTS about real history. Has way more players and it’s priced fair. The community, moderators and developers aren’t toxic trolls. The people who work on the game care about and respect their players, it shows in the work they put into the game.

Even prior to the release they said there were going to be features patched in after release – i.e., these things take time. They’re of course working on those things, as well as on the bug fixes and performance issues.
Hopefully the next patch is a big one.
To be honest I don’t quite understand this “Blizzard has abandoned the game” mentality. From like, day 3, people have been saying this. Even though they’ve released one patch already, and have publicly stated they would stand by their game (i.e., not abandon it) - people are still going around saying that they’re abandoning the game.

Blizzard looks like a sinking boat to me.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they went bankrupt.
