Did you guys forget to add them into the game? - right now everything is litteraly the same as Classic. - and some of the icons have a weird green glow around them, and everything is to bright…
Wowhead did show some new models/textures, and there is nothing like that in the game.
This was like a workflow concept where they thought of adding some polygons to classic units and assets but in the end just scrapped that and went all AI upscale mode. In fact I think these images was also AI processed. Anyways they won’t add it in future.
that’s fullegde high poly 3d model, what we got just a slightly upscale version of normal low poly model, they just ******* false advertise the game again, many will buy the game just for those picture

pls add link to the store page (and soon internet archive, how long will these last on their website ?), rn on official reforged site there is only undead image, but clearly, hive work shop and wowhead don’t just pull these images out of no where and put it on their web site

I hope the uprezed models get get relased later, maybe it has bugs or the Peons have 6 fingers.
Maybe Blizzard should go back to release games when they are done. Not when the marketing department tells them when and how to sell a game.

Sorry for the side-rant. I take my time with playing games, so I do not need early releases, I prefer quality.
There is still to consider, that those screenshots could actually be just conceptual mock-ups, which accidentally slipped through to marketing.

i was so happy to see those modern and faithful recreation of the classic WC3 style on those screens…i am wondering aswell, if they are not finished yet…
I hate to break it to you guys but these promo images are clearly painted over by an artist. They are not real and these HD models do not exist. If you zoom in very closely on the 4K versions of the screenshots you can clearly see it.

They hired an artist to make a beautiful promo art. It’s not AI.
This is false advertisement, this is why they’ve removed them.
